If you are applying for this school year (2013-2014)
The admissions process begins with a visit to our school to begin the admissions process. We encourage you to visit because our goal is to give you every opportunity to discover how academically sharp and morally sound, Our Lady of Assumption for yourself!

  • Complete the Our Lady of Assumption Schools admission form and you will receive instructions on how to complete the remaining steps of the application process.
  • Application deadlines
    • Priority Applications Due Date: Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at 5:00 p.m.
    • Final Application Due Date: , October 15, 2014 at 5:00 p.m.
  • Take the Primary/Secondary School Placement Test .
    • Testing dates to be scheduled on individual basis.
  • Submit the Recommendation Form your parish priest. This form is not mandatory.

Applicants who do not meet the minimum requirements, but demonstrate the potential for success at Our lady of Assumption Schools, may be admitted conditionally if resources are available to serve their needs.

For the admission of new students, the individual will buy our admission form, fill it and bring the following items:

  1. Birth certificate
  2. Transfer certificate from previous school
  3. Letter of undertaking from the parents
  4. 2 passport photograph and school last result if any.

Our school fees are very cheap because the church wants to accommodate everybody.
